If you are having problems locating or installing a download, please review our download tutorial by clicking through the screen shots below. If you continue to encounter trouble, please contact support.
Go to the My Account login the CMS online store. Enter your login info. Once logged in, select View Order Status & History, then click View button, the Download link will be shown on your order.
Specify the Windows Desktop as the location to save your download to. This is the easiest to locate location.
Your file will download from the Internet. Please allow 100% of file to download.
Unzip the file to the Desktop.
Your installer files will extract.
Upon completion of extraction, you will see a confirmation message.
The extraction creates a folder in the root folder of your C drive.
Go to My Computer, select C drive and locate the folder containing the file named BBSetup
The installation window for BounceBack will display and the program will start to install.
