Enabling Internet Explorer to Allow Download Properly
Your privacy settings in the browser you are using need to be set to enable downloads if you are ordering downloadable versions of CMS's software. Most important, Internet Explorer with Service Pack 2 is now often set by default to pop up a warning on top before allowing a download. This process would often interfere with your download on our web site. You can change this security setting from the top menu of your browser. The exact location of this feature may differ between browsers. To serve as an example, here is how you make this change in Internet Explorer:
- On the menu, go to Tools-> Internet Options -> click the Security tab -> under “Security level for this zone” click the Custom Level button -> scroll down to “Downloads” and here check “Enable” for both "Automatic prompting for file downloads" and “File Download” - then choose “OK” and “OK” to save your new setting.
- In some browsers, you may need to also set our store URL as a “Trusted Site.” This is also done from the browser menu. For example, in Internet Explorer, select Options from the Menu. Click on the Security Tab. Next, select Trusted Sites and click on the 'Sites' button to add a new trusted site. Uncheck the box that reads 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone'. Type in the URL of our web site, and http://cmsproducts.com in the 'Add this website to the Zone' box, one at a time, and add them to the list.
Can I get a refund for downloadable software?
There are NO REFUNDS on downloadable software. Customers should contact CMS Products before purchasing downloadable software if they have any questions regarding the product. Customers should carefully study the product information before purchasing.
How do I re-download a copy of the software?
In order to download software again, you need to know the email address and password you used when purchasing. Then go to the My Account" button on the Shop CMS button at the top of our Web site and enter the appropriate information into the spaces provided or simply click here. Once logged in, select View Order Status & History, then click View button, the Download link will be shown on your order. To locate your activation code if you purchased a downloadable version, click View Email link, you will see the 20 or 25 character activation code on your order just below the product description.
If you purchased the CD version, your activation code will be provided on the envelope for your software, we do not provide activation codes when purchasing the CD version on its own.

Can I get a replacement CD if original is lost or broken?
CMS can provide replacement CD's at a cost of $9.99 + tax & shipping & handling for most products. A verifiable invoice number or purchase receipt will be required. Please contact the sales department at 714-424-5520 or 800-327-5773.
What is CMS Support Policy ?
CMS provides unlimited telephone technical support for Customers Monday through Friday at (714) 424-5520 between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm PST. Free technical support can be obtained via this web site by visiting the support area where our Support Request Form, Technotes, Manuals and Patch Files are available.
CMS also provides free support via email. We will respond to each support request within one (1) business day. Please fill out the support request form, providing as much information about the nature of your problem as possible. A support agent will review your request and respond via email.
Where Do I Locate My Activation Code?
When you order professional or enterprise versions of CMS's BounceBack software, you are required to enter an activation code when installing the program. The activation code for the CD version is located on the the reverse side of the CD envelope. When ordering a download of the program, the activation code is displayed during the last page of ordering and is also emailed to you upon completion of your order.
If you purchased a download of BounceBack, the activation code is shown on screen upon order completion along with the link to download. The product activation code is 20 characters and can be also be located beneath the product description in the order confirmation email.
If you need to re-download the software installer, you can find the the link to download on your order when you log into your account on our web site. Go into View Order Status & History, and then click View. The link will be found in the box marked Download(s). From View Order Status & History screen, you can also click View Email, to access activation codes.
