Firstly, I would like you to know how impressed I am with your latest product. CMS BounceBack Ultimate back-up and restore software. It was simple to order, delivered the very next day, straight forward to install and very easy to use.
It is truly amazing, an outstanding design which exceeds all expectations.
Coupled with the fact that it can be installed in minutes and once installed, the computer can be started from the back-up drive via a USB lead, which then displays an “identical twin copy” of the original desktop complete with the entire operating system ready to go.
It puts a new spin on “ready to go” In fact Its faster than ordering a big Mac! There’s no hanging around whatsoever.

By golly, I knew some day, someone would come up with the greatest, safest, most reliable, virtually fail-proof hard drive backup in the world.
I have been a CMS user for a number of years, and you folks did it! Twice last year, your backup "saved my life". I use my computer mostly to create worksheets by which I manage several investment portfolios, crammed full of formulas. I knew copies of formulae for backups were fruitless if I had a crash, 'cause they'd be gone also.
I got it all back together both times, using file creation and then using "drag & drop" from the backup files ! I was up and running in hours each time.
And now I find the Ultimate: your "Background Backup", which I spent some hours trying to "fool it" , but it is the ultimate in "foolproof" creation, design and operation. And: Iove it!

My computer crashed yesterday. Blue screen of death. Couldn't even get to Safe Mode in windows. My backup system was at home, but our two local experts (and these guys are GOOD) worked on it all day trying to recover. Nothing. I went home certain that nothing short of a new hard drive or complete reimage would work. But figured I would try using my ABS Rescue Disk... It worked like a charm. I am still in shock as is everyone else in the office. I think we all figured that we'd be able to recover data, but not likely from a catastrophic failure. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! |

I wanted you to know I love (is that too strong a word) the CMS 1.5 TB RAID Backup System you recommended. It came pre-configured for RAID+1 so installation & configuration was a snap – it was basically plug and go. I installed it this past weekend (had to wait until no one was going to be using the server because the installation required a restart) and am nothing but elated! I highly recommend this unit for server backups to anyone who cares about disaster recovery. And the price you gave us was nothing short of outstanding! Thanks again for your recommendation! This is impressive!

The ABSplus is a lifesaver. I travel frequently and have most of my data on my laptop. Before every trip I backup my data. Now with all the increased security I'm always fearful of someone mistakenly taking my laptop instead of theirs or the possibility of dropping it during the security check. I have been using BounceBack Professional for about three years. I have found your software to be faultless in performance and the perfect solution for the home office. I have four computers and although they are protected from hard drive failure with raid 1 this does not provide any solution for files that become corrupted or are erroneously modified. Nor does it provide a solution for catastrophes due to power surge or fire. Using BounceBack professional to backup my systems to large external hard drives I can swap out external hard drives and swap the drives from an off-site storage location to protect my data, even from catastrophe. In short, I have been very pleased with BounceBack and would heartily recommend it as a great value. Best regards,

I've had two laptop hard disc failures in the past couple of years. The first without my CMS ABSplus backup system. It took at least a week to replace and re-install everything almost back to how I liked it.At least one week of disrupted productivity!
The second time I took out the CMS backup, put it in the laptop and carried on working within minutes as though nothing had happened.
If you lose your disc in the middle of a big deal then stress goes throught the roof! Better have a bootable backup !

I’m writing to thank you for saving me! I have been using a CMS ABSplus backup drive for a few years now to backup my files, and six months ago my manager bought everyone in his team a new small CMS USB external drive with a notebook drive inside of it. The motivation for getting this type of CMS device was that in the event of some drive failure, we could just pull the notebook drive from the CMS enclosure and use it to replace the failed drive within the laptop.
A few weeks ago I had some business travel planned, and the morning before I caught my plane I did a quick backup with my small CMS ABSplus drive. When I got to my hotel that night I wanted to get some work done, but my laptop would not boot, and instead I got the infamous “blue screen of death”. And there was nothing I could do to recover it. Since I never personally tested the theory that I could swap the notebook drive with the CMS notebook drive, I was skeptical and afraid that I was in for a lot of wasted time reinstalling Windows and all of my applications. When I returned home from the business travel, I physically swapped the two drives, crossed my fingers, said a prayer, and presto, my laptop booted perfectly with the CMS drive now in place inside my laptop. And not only did I not lose one byte of my precious data and files, all of my applications and Windows and settings were in place just like I had left them.
I estimate that your excellent product saved me at least four days of time that it would have taken me to re-install software and restore things to my liking. I was back up and running in the time it took me to find the screw driver I needed to open my laptop. Thanks for creating such a valuable product! |
